Creating your Reservation for Physical Inventory Support and Scanner Rental

Reservation for Physical Inventory Support & Scanner Rental
Step 1. Navigate or click on the link to scansolutions.com/reservations
Step 2. Fill out all of the required information on the form marked with a red asterisk
Step 3. Choose the requested service

Support & Rental: This will include both on-call support and scanner rentals

Support Only: This will only include on-call support, no scanner rentals

Rental Only: This will only include scanner rentals, no on-call support
Step 4. Choose a Requested Date. Choose a date to perform the physical inventory.

Please note that the calendar will block out dates 3 weeks from the day you're requesting.

The calendar will also block out any days and weeks that the rentals and support have been capped out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Step 5. Accept terms and then hit the blue "Save (step 1 of 2)".
This submits the form to us.
Step 6. Click the red "Open DealerTrack (step 2 of 2)".
This will redirect to Dealertrack's supplies website.
Please note that if you want support and rentals, you will need to add both to the cart!
Step 1. If you're getting support with rentals, then click on the Physical Inventory Support button and click Add to Cart.
Step 2. If you're only getting rentals only, then click on the Physical Inventory Scanner Rental button and enter the quantity you will be needing, and click Add to Cart.
Step 3. Proceed to checkout
Signing Up for Supplies Account for Dealer Track
If you do not already own a Supplies Account for Dealertrack, then please follow these instructions.
Step 1. Go to supplies.dealertrack.com, in the top right click on the 'Account ' option
Step 2. Click on the 'Sign Up' Option under the NEW CUSTOMERS section.
Step 3. Input the details requested then click “Create an Account”.
