ScanSolutions' VehicleWizard system was developed to be a simple and easy way to check inventory of new and used vehicles in your inventory. It employs the same scanner technology as PartsWizard with many functions and attributes, some of which are listed here:

Scanner is loaded with all units and information for remote scanning anywhere you store vehicles.

Scanner talks telling if unit has already been scanned or is not listed in your inventory.

Scanner employs serveral methods of input to include:

Scan the bar code label generated by VehicleWizard

Scan factory label bar code

Scan VIN tag or door jam tag

Type in stock number

type in full serial number

type in last 8 digits of serial number

Reports can be sorted by any column of information and are color coded.

Reports include all units, missing units, scanned units both by new or used Vehicles.

Missing report units can be tagged as scanned in the report without a physical rescan.

System comes with bar code label printer with notation on reports when label is printed.
